Very convenient if you are working on APG. Decent food, happy staff, good coffee. Simple and quick.

Went here for lunch with a coworker since it was located near our office. The menu is pretty simple: Hot dogs/hamburgers and sandwiches. The food portions were a little less than I would expect given the price. I believe a hamburger (not cheeseburger) and fries and a fountain drink came out to about $9. I likely will not be back because I was not overall impressed with the value, although the food tasted decent. You are better off driving a little ways for something better for the same price.

This is located on APG, so if you're off-base, don't bother, there is better and you won't have to deal with getting on base. Location - This is built into an office building, but it has it's own entrance. The address is 6210, and it's located on the back left side of building 6210. There is parking in front of the bistro entrance. Atmosphere - This is a decent place to sit to eat, there's wifi (I couldn't get it to work, but I didn't try very hard) and plugs for your laptop or whatever. Most of the seating is set up for 1 or 2 people, I wouldn't come in here with a group larger than 4. Service - The staff was friendly. It's counter, not table service. They accept credit card (they use square). Everything is served in a to go container, which is a little wasteful, but they seemed to do a lot of take out business, so it makes sense. Layout - Condiments are located directly across from the cashier with silverware and napkins. To the left of the cashier is the coffee and those condiments, as well as the soda fountain. Food - This is the best part, right? My cheeseburger was pretty good. Thin-style burger, but not too dry, american cheese (not sure there are other options). Came with iceberg lettuce, tomato, and pickles, all on the side. I was able to substitute my fries for onion rings at no cost (yay!). The rings were pretty good. My party also had the grilled cheese, the reuben, some german chocolate cake, and the special which was a stuffed pork chop. The guy who had the reuben thought it was a bit greasy, but it was a nice big sandwich - definitely more food than the cheeseburger. The grilled cheese was american cheese, and it said texas toast, but it looked like upscale white bread, not actual texas toast. The cake was pretty good, and the pork chop looked a bit overdone (came with apple sauce and string beans). The beans looked like they came out of a can, they definitely weren't fresh. Overall, we'd all go back, we might try different things, but there's not much to eat on post, and this is a good choice, very quick service.

The price was high for average food that was rather bland but the service was horrible. No signs to know where the line starts or ends only the rude staff pointing and yelling. A lesson in customer service is desperately needed. It is one of the few choices in the APG area but I would skip a meal rather than return to this place.

Edited because I went back when the owner was there and had a wonderful experience (gave me a cookie because she saw me eyeing them and also sent me a nice apokogy. I made a Yelp account just to review this place. I hate complaining in restaurants and when people do it, but I had to say something, so I'll do it on here. Where to begin... We got there at 830 for breakfast. No coffee was made and no one that was working knew how to make it.....uh.... We ordered grits with our breakfast...and 10 minutes later they say that they don't have any because "it would take too long to make" ... at this point I was looking for Ashton. Then a coworker ordered and handed the woman behind the counter his card and she asked if he had cash. She said that the woman who has the I pad to scan cards wasn't there. All while this is going on the workers are conversing and taking their jolly old time. Clearly they didn't want out service, so our service they won't get again.
